Passion is the ultimate driver of our culture at Asurion.
It’s what makes our Core Values come to life. We have a passion for excellence in everything we do and continually strive to improve and innovate. For Asurion, this means our passion doesn’t stop at our doorsteps.
The mission of Compassion Forward is to celebrate and encourage community involvement, workforce investments and volunteerism by and for Asurion team members. The program encompasses three kinds of giving:
-
Employees Helping Employees
Simply put, it is team members helping other team members in need. Donating money to the Compassion Fund (as we did in 2008 when Hurricane Ike hit Houston, 2010 the flood in Nashville, and 2012 Hurricane Sandy in NJ), we are committed to helping our team members first. Click here to Request Assistance. -
Community Engagement
Asurion supports team members who volunteer their time or talents to charities that help build a strong workforce for the future. By matching the strengths and time of our team members with the needs of the communities in which we operate, we promote the spirit of giving our stakeholders (Teach for America, KIPP Academy and Ozanam). -
Direct Corporate Giving
As part of our continuing commitment to the Compassion Forward mission – investing in our current and future workforce, Asurion also provides direct financial support to charitable organizations that align with the Fund’s mission.
