A replacement phone arrives in as little as a day

• A new or remanufactured
  phone that has been
  rigorously inspected

• Loss, theft or accidental damage of your device–including liquid and physical damage
• Electrical or mechanical defects after the manufacturer’s warranty has expired
• Accessories, which may include one standard battery, car charger, leather case, home charger and earbud if your device is lost, stolen or damaged.
• Claims limit. For example, depending on your carrier, two claims within any consecutive 12 months with a maximum device value of $1500 per occurrence.
• Deductible: A nonrefundable deductible varies by carrier and depends upon the device model for each claim.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your coverage at any time and receive a pro-rated refund of your monthly fee. 
• Your provider’s program may vary. Please select your provider for specific details.
