The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee survey and benchmarked across participants to identify truly great work environments. The survey, administered by leading employee survey firm, Workplace Dynamics, measures seven factors that mark a top workplace including their feelings about their role in the company and their confidence in the direction and leadership of the organization. This award marks the second year Asurion has been named Top Workplace in Middle Tennessee.
