Over the last several months, many of our US sites have been renovated or otherwise enhanced, as part of Asurion’s workplace strategy to align our real estate space with our business strategy, talent roadmap, brand vision, and culture.
After hearing from employees through focus groups, a survey, leader interviews, and video journaling, we were able to develop a plan to enhance the employee experience, expand our brand, and optimize our productivity.
Here are a few of the projects that have recently taken place across North America for Asurion:
- Nashville Headquarters: We redesigned the main lobby, improving employee, visitor, and candidate experiences.
- San Mateo, CA: We built out two new floors with improving the employee experience at the forefront of the design.
- Las Vegas, NV: We expanded to an additional floor, which added 30,000 square feet.
