Christopher was tasked with helping a customer preserve the most cherished of memories by transferring videos from her computer to her phone. Christopher, the Soluto Expert, was able to relate with the customer on a personal level while providing tech support to solve her issue.

Soluto Story – Christopher Dublin. It’s not only what we do but how we do it.
Christopher: “This lady, she called in very, very frustrated. I mean you could hear the frustration in her voice.”
Christopher was tasked with helping a customer preserve the most cherished of memories.
Christopher: “The main thing that she wanted to do was take a video from her computer and transfer it over to her phone. So, she started to roll out this story of why this video was that important to her. The gentleman, which was her grandson, he got into a car accident and this was the last thing that she had as far as his voice, that visual and even him playing the guitar. So immediately I downloaded the Verizon Cloud to her computer and now she can play that video from anywhere in the world. Regardless of where she is, she will have that video, on the go, 24/7.”
Being a guitarist himself, Christopher was able to relate with the customer on a personal level.
Christopher: “I’m the type of person that likes to take care of all of my customers in a very unique way. Simply by showing my emotion. Especially if it makes me feel emotional, I’m going to show it on that phone. It’s something that I cannot hide or hold back. By the end of that interaction we were both smiling, we were both laughing and we both felt in a better place because we’re not just about fixing the concerns that she had. It’s more or less about how we are doing that.”
