Simply loving technology.
Morgan: Sam called in very frustrated over the fact they they could not connect their phone with the printer. With anyone that’s frustrated, you can’t get angry. They’ve been doing this for hours. Trying to get something connected that we do every day.
Morgan thrives on winning customers over by the end of the call.
Morgan: When I get a caller that calls in and they’re automatically frustrated. It’s almost like, kind of like, a game at this point. I know at the end of that call, I’m gonna completely turn them around. I like the feeling of just being able to slowly calm them down all to the end to where they’re inviting me for Thanksgiving dinner all the way in Colorado.
Morgan believes building relationships is the key to transformation.
Morgan: When I built that relationship with him in the beginning with talking about printing. Once we got that resolved then we started talking about his kids, started talking about his family and that just led into how he has all these things on his phone that his kids had put on there, such as the music. And I asked if he ever plays that. He says, “Just on his phone cause that’s all he has” and he would love it to play around the house. Little did he know he had bluetooth speakers around the house that he could connect them to but just never used them because he didn’t know what they were for. So, we went ahead and got him connected to those. Paired those up and he heard the music loudly throughout the house and he was pleased about that. That feeling of being able to help someone just by loving technology and them making them lover technology right there along with it. It’s a great feeling, it really is.
