Power off the device

Gently clean the charging port
Use a small, soft-bristled brush or a toothpick to remove debris inside the port. Avoid poking around the charging port with metal objects, as they can cause long-term damage. The same thing applies to liquid cleaners, as moisture can cause internal trouble.
