Filing a claim

Once you enroll, you’ll be sent a welcome kit with a phone number for filing a claim and other service issues. If you need to file a claim, just call this number and a care representative will help determine the type of repair required.

Claim is approved

If the claim has been filed and approved, the representative will immediately arrange for repair or replacement of the equipment.

Replacement/repair

It takes an average of five to seven days to repair or replace the equipment. If your equipment needs to be repaired, a technician will come to your home.

Electronic Protection policies:

Cancellation policy
The service can be cancelled at any time with no penalty fees, although there is no need to cancel as coverage can be transferred if equipment is ever replaced.
Deductible
In the event you need service, there is a one-time deductible called a “Service Fee.” It applies to all flat-panel TVs, Computers and Monitors, but not to other accessories or home phones. This is charged on your credit card at the time of claim.
Waiting period
There is a 30-day waiting period after adding the feature before claims are covered. Valid claims occurring after the 30-day waiting period will be covered under the Protection Plan. You’ll receive 30 days of coverage after you cancel your service to reimburse the waiting period coverage.
