Sorry but I had an insurance order for front , self pay for back. I had to call a few times til the back was in. It was waiting in the back room. But then when I finally was able to drop my phone off, I got several emails that were sent to me telling me my part ordered by Verizon actually wasn’t in and there was no date in sight for delivery, it’s a 30 minute ride back-and-forth for me a difficult time dealing with a sick family member. It was very stressful to get this chain of emails that were actually meant for a totally different customer. The guys seem nice enough but the whole process was very stressful. I also had a $50 liquid glass put on both phones and since then my phone has been glitching - nobody can hear me on a phone call (on the iPhone). I can only use it for texting.
