I had to go back to get my power cord. Then when I tried to use it I was unable to because none of my files had been put back on, like I was told that they would be, I was unable to access my external drive so that I could put them back on. So I had to make a 3rd trip and drop it off AGAIN which means I will now need to make a 4th trip!

For starters, I am a Home+ member and have been treated worse with my membership than I did before. I have been a member since October. I first took my laptop to them on November 9th. I told them there was an issue with the battery. On the 17th or 18th I get a call saying it is a bad battery. So I gave permission to order a new battery. The week of the 29th I called because I had not heard any kind of update. They then had the audacity to try and blame to delay in shipping on Black Friday when I gave them permission to order the battery a FULL WEEK BEFORE Black Friday. I was then told that the battery would be in as early as the 10th and as late as the 14th. I called on the 14th because I once again did not receive any update. At this point they said they could not locate the battery and that they were going to try to go through a different vendor to order one. I ended up going and picking up the laptop because I needed it after not having access to it for over a month. Finally on the 21st I got a call saying the battery had arrived. So, I took the laptop back in and was told that they needed about two hours to install the battery and test it to make sure it held charge. I left and came back two hours later. When I came back they finally were able to tell me that "it was not a bad battery it is something else in the computer. The computer will not charge." I was then told "I know you've been dealing with us for awhile now so your laptop will be first in line with our advance team and we will get you taken care of." On January 8th, I get a call saying my laptop was fixed and ready to be picked up. On the 12th I was able to go in and get my laptop. They brought my laptop out when they finally got to me and said it was ready to go. When I asked "I am not going to be charged for the battery correct? I was told the battery was not bad there was a different issue." the lady said let me look through the notes. She then told me that the battery was bad but it was their power source at the Tucson Mall that would not allow them to charge my laptop and once it was with the advanced team they were able to charge it no problem. In other words, it took them almost 3 WEEKS to figure out that their power source was the problem. 3 weeks to figure out that simple of a problem when I was guaranteed I would be taken care of for at least the 10th time is complete bull crap. Then when I asked if they had gone through two batteries the lady had to go call the other technician because their notes on my repair were not detailed enough for her to tell me. Not only did it take them 2 MONTHS to replace a battery, they also lied to me several times, AND scammed me out of money for a membership that was not worth it.

I requested to replace entire key board change but Trevor said I would change all files in hardware since we don't have security code in CMOS part. I lost all files. But PC needs power switch pushed twice and go through component testing every time. I dropped PC for warranty repair 10 days ago. Then I forgot to ask to recover my lost files still in recycle bin or desk top. I hope Trevor would be communicated properly this time.
