1. Download your files

Your photos and videos matter. Find out how to download and save them.

1. Sign in to the Asurion Photos app.

Don’t have the Asurion Photos app? Download it on App Store or Google Play.

2. After signing in, you will see a gallery of your photos and videos. Tap Request your archive.

Note: It can take up to 48 hours to prepare your archive. You’ll get one email confirming your request, and another once your archive is ready for download.

3. When you receive the email with the download link, tap Download my archive and sign in to open the Downloads page.

Note: The email doesn’t include your photos and videos as attachments—it only contains a link to download them. This link is only active for a limited time. If it’s expired, you’ll need to restart the process, but you will need to do so by July 31, 2026.

4. On the Downloads page, you’ll see a list of zip files with all your photos and videos. Each zip file can be up to 5 GB. Tap Download on each one to save it to your computer.

5. After you successfully download all zip files, extract them using a standard zip software.

Congratulations, you’ve successfully downloaded and saved all your files!

2. Delete your account

Now that you’ve downloaded your files, it’s time to delete your Asurion Photos account.

Notes:

  • Deleting your Asurion Photos account is permanent and will erase all your stored files from the Asurion Photos app forever.
  • The zip files you downloaded to your computer during the retrieval process won’t be affected.

1. Sign in to your Asurion Photos Web Gallery.

Note: Note: Starting January 31, 2026, your account will be limited to 5 GB of storage. If no action is taken, your account will be automatically deleted after July 31, 2026 even if you haven’t manually deleted it.

2. Complete the flow to delete your account.

Notes:

  • You’ll have one more opportunity to retrieve your photos and videos.
  • You’ll get one email confirming your request, and another once your Asurion Photos account is deleted.

Great job, you’re all done!
