We’re with you every step of the way

The AT&T Photo Storage app is being discontinued. Contact us for help downloading your photos and videos, or follow the simple steps below.

Call 866.727.1998

Available weekdays 8am-12am ET and weekends 10am-10pm ET.

1. Download your files

Your photos and videos matter. Find out how to download and save them.

1. Sign in to AT&T Photo Storage.

Note: AT&T Photo Storage will be removed from app stores on October 20, 2025 and will shut down entirely on February 1, 2026.

2. After signing in, you will see a gallery of your photos. Tap Request your archive.

Note: It can take up to 48 hours to prepare your archive. You’ll get one email confirming your request, and another once your archive is ready for download.

3. When you receive the email with the download link, tap Download my archive and sign in to open the Downloads page.

Note: The email doesn’t include your photos as attachments—it only contains a link to download them. This link is only active for a limited time. If it’s expired, you’ll need to restart the process.

4. On the Downloads page, you’ll see a list of zip files with all your photos and videos. Each zip file can be up to 5 GB. Tap Download on each one to save it to your computer.

5. After you successfully download all zip files, extract them using a standard zip software.

Congratulations, you’ve successfully downloaded and saved all your files!

2. Delete your account

Now that you’ve downloaded your files, it’s time to delete your AT&T Photo Storage account.

Notes:

  • Deleting your AT&T Photo Storage account is permanent and will erase all your stored files from the AT&T Photo Storage app forever.
  • The zip files you downloaded to your computer during the retrieval process won’t be affected.

1. Sign in to your AT&T Photo Storage app.

2. On the bottom of the home screen, tap Account > your email address > Delete my AT&T Photo Storage data.

3. Complete the flow to delete your account. You’ll get one email confirming your request, and another once your AT&T Photo Storage account is deleted.

Great job, you’re all done!

2 $49 deductible applies. Each screen repair will count towards your claim limits. Limited to eligible devices in select areas. Newly launched device models may not be eligible for repair. Visit att.com/prepaidprotection or call 866-727-1998 to check current eligibility. Same day repair option depends upon claim approval time and technician availability. Repairs are performed by an Asurion-certified technician and come with a 12-month limited warranty. 3 Claims fulfilled with a replacement device and approved by 11:59pm CT will be shipped and, in most cases, delivered the next day. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands cannot be shipped for next-day delivery. Claims may be fulfilled with a new or refurbished phone, of the same model or other model of like-kind and quality, and may be previously opened, used, refurbished or re-manufactured, and/or may contain original or non-original replacement parts. Colors, features and accessory compatibility are not guaranteed.
