This plan provides unlimited live tech support from Asurion for virtually all of your home tech—regardless of age or brand.

What to know about claims

You can make a claim starting on Day 31 of your enrollment. Any preexisting conditions that occur before Day 31 are not covered.

There are limits of up to $2,500 per approved claim and up to $5,000 in a 12-month rolling period.

Most products require a one-time service fee of $49 or $99 per approved claim.

As soon as your claim is approved, we’ll repair, replace or reimburse you for your covered product.
