How it works
FILE A CLAIM
Tell us what happened to your device. Generally, claims must be reported within 60 days of the date of the incident. We need to know if it was dropped, got wet, is lost, or something else.
REPAIR OR REPLACE
Depending on what's wrong, we may repair or replace your device. For a cracked screen, we can usually repair it same day. If it’s lost or has other physical damage we may replace your device.
PAY YOUR DEDUCTIBLE
Your deductible saves you money. It’s a fraction of the full retail price for an unsubsidized replacement (a device without a new contract with your wireless provider).
NEXT DAY SHIPPING
If we send you a replacement, you'll receive it as soon as the next business day! The majority of replacement devices ship the next day from the time your claim is approved.
