How to reset your AirPods Max

Three simple steps will reset your AirPods Max and get them reconnected: 

  1. Charge Your AirPods Max to ensure they have enough battery life to go through the reset process.
  2. Locate the noise control button and the digital crown on your AirPods Max. Press and hold both simultaneously for about 15 seconds. Keep holding the buttons until the LED at the bottom of the right earcup flashes amber. Your AirPods Max will restart.
  3. After the reset, pair your AirPods Max with your device again by placing them near your device and following the on-screen instructions.
