Tradewinds, headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida is now using the ServiceBench warranty claims system to intelligently reduce administration costs having deployed robust claims validation logic and payment authorization processes. Its experienced service provider network was converted from legacy paper-based claims management to the ServiceBench system within 90 days.
