Global Tech Care Company Continues to Receive Recognition for Strong Company Culture
JUNE 22, 2020
Asurion, the global leader in helping people connect, protect and enjoy their tech, has been named to The Tennessean’s Top Workplaces list. It is the sixth consecutive year Asurion has been honored with the distinction.
The Tennessean’s Top Workplaces list is awarded to employers in the state based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey identifies companies that have a strong company culture and connection to its employees.
“Receiving one of the state’s top workplace recognitions for a sixth consecutive year is a testament to our employees and the workplace culture they have helped create. The award is even more meaningful because it’s based on the feedback from our employees,” said Tony Detter, Chief Executive Officer at Asurion. “Asurion has a mission-driven culture helping millions of people with their tech to keep their lives moving. As a team, we inspire and challenge each other to constantly innovate and deliver actually helpful tech services that drive significant value customers.”
The Tennessean award is the latest of many awards acknowledging Asurion’s culture and workplace. Asurion was named a DiversityInc Noteworthy Company; a Forbes Best Employer for Diversity; earned a perfect score on The Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation’s 2020 Corporate Equality Index; and has been certified A Great Place to Work® for the last three consecutive years.
