Most claims are approved within minutes. For eligible items, same-day repair may be available.

Upon enrollment, Asurion Complete Protect covers:

• Mechanical or electrical failures due to certain defects

• Normal wear and tear

• Accidental damage from handling (drops, cracks, and spills) for eligible portable electronics like laptops and phones

• Other product-specific coverage

Your plan contains limitations and exclusions, including:

• Loss, theft, or intentional damage

• Breakdowns from commercial use

Yes, there’s a total claim limit (aggregate limit) of $5,000 for all repairs or reimbursements which begins on the date of your first claim and continues for a 12-month period.

This plan is a monthly, subscription plan. For just $16.99/month + tax, you’re covered for up to $5,000 in coverage per rolling 12-month period. It’s billed directly to your Amazon account and default payment method. Please note: This program is month-to-month and will continue until canceled. Coverage ends on the date of cancellation. You can cancel any time.
