At Asurion, we love helping people discover new ways to get more from the tech they already have. Here’s how to set up Galaxy AI, explore its most useful features, and start putting them to work.
Check if your Samsung device supports Galaxy AI
The easiest way to check if your Samsung device supports Galaxy AI is to see whether it's from the Galaxy S24 series or newer.
- In the Settings app, choose About phone.
- If your device's product name starts with S24, S25, or S26, you have access to Galaxy AI features.
- Galaxy AI is also available on several Galaxy Z phones, Galaxy Tab S tablets, and Galaxy A phones and tablets.
However, feature availability may vary by device, software version, and other requirements. Just because you have access to a Galaxy AI feature on one device does not necessarily mean you can access it on another Samsung device. You may need internet access or a Samsung account to use some of the features.
