It’s easy: Trade in your old device within 30 days of a new device purchase.⁵ Depending on the age and condition of your device, we’ll give you an estimate and provide a prepaid shipping label for you to send it our way. 2. Next-day screen repair, or even same-day, may be available for eligible devices in select areas. Repair options depend upon claim approval time, parts availability, and technician availability. Repairs may use new or refurbished parts, and may contain original or non-original manufacturer parts, and may void the manufacturer warranty.
3. Available for eligible devices outside of the manufacturer’s warranty period that power on but fail to hold an adequate charge after diagnostic testing. Available for select devices in select areas.
4. In-store and remote options are for eligible devices and depend upon claim approval time, parts availability, and technician availability.
5. Cannot trade in a device on which you have filed a claim.
