Hewlett Packard has selected Asurion as a winner of its 2014 Visionary Award for “Most Innovative Customer Engagement” for its recent implementation of HP Qfiniti 10 in its global call centers.  Through a highly successful partnership with internal stakeholders and HP, Asurion saw immediate improvements in customer service efficiency and satisfaction as well as bottom line ROI results.
