Coverage includes expert technical support, provided by Asurion Complete MyHome, for your connected home products, and protection for:

If we cannot service your product as specified in this plan, we may replace it, or we may, at our discretion, issue you a check based on the current replacement value of the product.

Yes, breakdowns as a result of accidental damage from handling to portable devices that do not have cellular connectivity are covered.
You may file an unlimited number of claims in a 12-month time frame, but there’s a maximum annual claim limit amount of $5,000 per household and $2,000 per single claim.
A covered claim will apply to your total claim limit for 12 months after the claim is completed. At that point, the amount of that claim will no longer apply to your total claim limit, and it will be added back to your available claim-limit balance.
Some products require a one-time service fee of $49 or $89, per claim, for repair, replacement or reimbursement.
You can cancel your Asurion Complete MyHome service at any time by calling 1-866-614-9693. Upon canceling, you will continue to have 30 more days of coverage under the plan, and you will receive a prorated refund of your monthly fee.
After plan termination, you will have 30 more days to report a failure that occurred during your coverage period.
