These Care+ programs have transitioned to a new provider, Servify. Therefore, Asurion, cannot process claims filed under these programs for issues that occur on or after January 18, 2023. If the Care+ program you were enrolled in is part of this transition, you were sent notice via email or mail outlining the coverage changes on December 15, 2022. If you are enrolled in Samsung Care+ (paid upfront for 24 months of protection), Samsung Care+ with Theft and Loss or Samsung Care+ Theft and Loss only (for New York residents) your program is still administered by Asurion. You can proceed with your claim with Asurion either online www.asurion.com/samsung or by calling 1-877-841-1138.
