Yes, for lost, stolen and damage claims, you are responsible for paying a nonrefundable deductible once your claim is approved.
For Verizon Business Complete, the replacement deductible for damage is $49 or $99, depending on your device. The replacement deductibles for loss and theft are $79, $189, $229, or $279, depending on device model. For questions regarding deductibles, please refer to your program terms and conditions.
If you're having a problem with your device, you can contact us toll-free at 888-655-7443. We'll diagnose the issue with you right over the phone. And if we can't resolve the problem, and it is caused by a manufacturing defect or malfunction, we'll send you a replacement.

Wireless Phone Protection for Verizon Business Complete (insurance) provides coverage for loss, theft, and damage (including liquid)⁶. Verizon Business Complete also provides device assistance and support 24/7 from trained experts.
Select phones under Verizon Business Complete are also covered with as soon as same-day delivery, activation, and setup, allowing you to get a replacement smartphone the same day, subject to inventory availability.⁴ Select phones are also eligible for an unlimited number of cracked screen repair claims, allowing you to get your screen fixed as soon as the same day for no additional cost.³
Verizon Business Complete includes in-store benefits, such as unlimited laptop health checkups,⁵ where you can take advantage of PC tune-ups, diagnostics, and virus removal, as well as unlimited device refresh,⁶ which can help you enjoy longer device life through deep cleanings and unlimited diagnostics designed to help you improve speed, performance, and battery life. These benefits can be used at any convenient repair location near you.

Select smartphones that only have a cracked front screen are eligible for cracked screen repair (smartphones with damage to the back glass or other damaged components beyond front glass are not eligible for cracked screen repair). Subject to parts availability, in select locations, which are subject to change at any time. Availability of same-day repair depends on criteria such as claim approval time and technician availability. Repairs are performed by an Asurion certified technician and come with a 12-month warranty. Eligibility for cracked screen repair will be determined at time of claim approval. 3. Available for approved Wireless Phone Protection for Verizon Business Complete insurance claims for select smartphones in certain locations, which are subject to change at any time. Contingent on a number of criteria, including claim approval time, customer location and technician/inventory availability. Eligibility determined at time of claim approval. Replacement device could be new or refurbished. The Same Day Delivery and Setup benefit is provided by Verizon Business Core Mobile Bundle.

Laptop health checkups are limited to diagnostic exams only and do not include troubleshooting, triage, repair, or replacement services.
