Tech breaks, but when you have AT&T HomeTech Protection, we’ve got your back. Not only do you get reliable coverage for devices like smart TVs and laptops, you also get accidental damage for eligible portable electronics.* Here are a few devices we cover:
TVs, gaming systems*, home theater systems
Desktops, laptops*, printers
Smart thermostats, door locks, video doorbells
Audio headsets*, Wi-Fi only smart watches*, Wi-Fi only fitness bands*
Excludes coverage for smartphones and most devices connected to a data plan, as well as routers or modems leased from an internet service provider.
With AT&T HomeTech Protection, customers in select areas can have our experts set up and install select home tech products for $49 per device.Learn more
For customers in select areas, HomeTech Protection includes two in-home visits every 12 months to help optimize your Wi-Fi network and troubleshoot connection issues.Learn more
Claims made simple
You can file an unlimited number of claims starting 31 days after enrollment: Any preexisting conditions or breakdowns that occur before day 31 are not covered.
There are limits of up to $2,000 per approved claim and up to $5,000 every 12 months.
A service fee of $0, $49, or $99 plus tax will be charged for each approved claim.
We'll repair, replace, or reimburse you for your covered breakdowns. Non-original parts may be used for repair, and a replacement product may be a new, refurbished, or remanufactured product.
