Simple claims, always

If your devices stop working, we make the claims process easy. There are no age or brand restrictions, and there are no receipts or registrations to find. Starting Day 31, you’ll get repairs or replacements of your eligible devices:

  • For a service fee ranging from $0 through $89, depending on the plan you enroll in and the device being claimed
  • For mechanical and electrical failures caused by power surges.
