Tech Advisor experts will help set-up your new devices, teach you about device features, troubleshoot tech issues, and even solve slow connection / network and streaming issues. Other examples include initial support for:

• Virus/malware removal and system performance advice

• Portable Point Of Sale Systems, like Square(excludes proprietary POS systems)

• Network setup (excludes firewall setup)

• Routers

• Security camera setup and optimization

Customers have direct access to friendly and knowledgeable U.S. based support to troubleshoot problems, no matter how simple or complex, across platforms, devices, and services. No appointments needed.

Tech support starts the moment of sign up. Protection coverage starts at Day 31 after sign up. Coverage continues as long as the customer is enrolled.

You can file an unlimited number of claims in a 12-month timeframe. There’s a maximum annual claim limit amount of $10,000 per year, and a per claim limit up to the current market value of the product.

Computers that have been modified or upgraded are not covered. 

No items need to be registered and no proof of purchase is needed.

Business Premier Technical Support gives businesses access to a tech advisor as well as breakdown protection. This protection repairs or replaces the devices your business relies on for $40 per month.
