Asurion kicked off the second quarter by launching an innovative anytime trade-in program with longstanding device protection partner Cricket Wireless. Cricket tapped Asurion to help design a trade-in experience that would be easier, faster, and more rewarding than others offered by prepaid carriers and beyond. Combining a deep, decade-plus understanding of Cricket’s customer base with industry-best supply chain capabilities, Asurion helped develop a program lauded by media as being “among the best deals out there.”
Beyond Cricket, Asurion also powers trade-in programs for partners like Cox Mobile, Consumer Cellular, and Reach, leveraging its AI-enabled platform, automation, and logistics expertise to drive efficiency and value across the board.
