uBreakiFix by Asurion stores’ certified repair technicians use original parts, tools, and training direct from Microsoft to service any Surface still within the manufacturer’s warranty period. Customers can opt for Microsoft-genuine parts for out-of-warranty repairs, too, pending part availability. Store technicians can fix nearly any issue, from damaged screens and keyboards to ailing batteries or storage drives.
