Extended Protection

This plan covers you against manufacturer defects, normal wear and tear, power surges, and also provides accidental damage from handling coverage for portable devices. If you purchased coverage for a computing or connected device, you also get unlimited tech support for your product and its connection to other devices.


  • Simple claims: Just have your receipt ready when you start your claim so we can register your plan.

  • Access to tech support: weekdays from 8am through 12am ET and weekends from 9am through 10pm ET.

With this plan, you get unlimited tech support for virtually all of your home tech regardless of where you purchased it.
