Asurion Tech Care covers home tech, phones, and major appliances above and beyond the terms and life of a traditional manufacturer’s warranty. It’s a service contract different from a product warranty provided by a manufacturer and doesn’t extend the manufacturer’s warranty period.

Unlike a traditional gaming device warranty, Asurion Tech Care offers peace of mind by protecting your gaming device from mechanical or electrical breakdowns caused by manufacturer defects, power-surge damages, normal wear and tear, dust, heat, and humidity. Handheld gaming devices are also covered against Accidental Damage from Handling, like drops, spills, and cracked screens. When your gaming device breaks or stops working, we'll repair, replace, or reimburse you. Upgrade options to replace your gaming device may also be available for an additional fee.
