Asurion Home+ coverage provides personalized technical support by experts on home technology. If you’re having an issue with any eligible household product, you can contact an Asurion Expert for help.
You’ll get expert technical support for all of your eligible products and those that connect to them.

Setting up new devices and accessories.
Using and getting the most out of your devices and accessories.
Troubleshooting your devices if you run into an issue and more.
Our experts can solve most tech issues in just one call. However, if they don’t have the answer right away, they’ll call you back at your convenience with a solution. In addition, Asurion Experts will make recommendations on how to optimize your devices for your lifestyle.
Eligible products are covered due to failures for mechanical and electrical breakdown as a result of defects in materials and workmanship, normal wear and tear, dust heat and humidity, power surge failures and Accidental Damage from Handling (ADH) for eligible portable devices.

Asurion Home+ Entertainment is an affordable device protection plan for your current and future entertainment tech, including TVs, gaming systems, original gaming controllers, headphones, DVD/Blu-ray players, streaming devices, and routers. This plan is a service contract that is different from a product warranty provided by a manufacturer. It does not extend the term of any manufacturer’s warranty.

24/7 live expert technical advice and support for the technology in your household
Protection for your eligible products, which provides coverage for mechanical and electrical malfunctions, like if your device won’t turn on
In-home services such as $99 TV installations
Under one simple plan, we provide device protection and support on any make, age or size for the following devices:
LED, LCD and Plasma TV’s
Gaming systems and remote controllers
Audio headsets; DVD and Blu-Ray Players
Home theater systems in a box (including receivers, subwoofers, amplifiers, tuners, speakers and sound bars)
Desktop computers (including modem, mouse, keyboard, wired speaker and external monitors), laptops, tablets, and e-readers
Printers, external hard drives, routers, audio/video streaming devices, smart speakers
Smart thermostats, smart smoke and carbon monoxide detectors

An Asurion Tech Care plan (also referred to as an extended service plan [ESP] or extended service contract [ESC]) provides coverage for phones, home tech, and major appliances above and beyond the terms and life of a manufacturer’s warranty. When a covered device breaks or stops working, we'll repair, replace, or reimburse you for your device. Upgrade options to replace your device may also be available to you for an additional fee.
