- Turn your phone off and on before charging it again for at least 30 minutes. If it’s charging properly, you’ll see a lightning bolt inside the battery icon
- Clean your charging port with a can of compressed air, making sure to hold the can upright. You’ll want to turn your device off again while cleaning it.
- Try a different charging cable or adapter if you spot any faulty parts. If they appear in good shape, try plugging your phone into a different outlet.
