Asurion receives customer excellence honors
For the fourth consecutive year, Asurion was named a winner of the Confirmit ACE (Achievement in Customer Excellence) Awards, an honor that recognizes outstanding achievement in customer experience. This year, we received the coveted Judges’ Choice and Overall Business Impact awards for the outstanding work done for the Retail Solution Hub in 2016.
The Hub is one-stop-shop for retail customers. Users can access the web portal to register products, file claims and check their statuses, and, after each interaction, customers can fill out a survey and share their experiences.
