Cindy Christy Appointed Chief Revenue Officer
Christy will now serve as Chief Revenue Officer, unifying the company’s sales and go-to-market teams across its core, enterprise, and consumer segments. This strategic integration creates a more agile, customer-centric revenue organization positioned to meet evolving market demands and drive the next phase of business growth. Christy previously served as President, overseeing the company’s core carrier, cable, satellite, and retail clients.
David Baga Expanded President Focus
Baga expands his role as President with direct leadership across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Experience. Since joining last year as President of Enterprise and Consumer, he has played a pivotal role in shaping new partnerships and advancing strategic priorities. In this expanded role, he will lead the development of a scalable product platform designed to deepen customer engagement, accelerate progress — especially around Gen AI — and elevate every touchpoint in the serve-solve-sell journey.
Pablo Brizi Appointed Chief Administrative Officer
Brizi will now serve as Chief Administrative Officer, responsible for Human Resources, Internal and External Communications, Workplace Solutions, Information Technology, and both Physical and Cybersecurity. This unified oversight strengthens the organization's backbone, enhances operational efficiency, and ensures integrated change management across enterprise-wide initiatives. Brizi joined the company earlier this year as Chief Human Resources Officer.
