Bouygues Telecom partners with Asurion to launch garantie échange 24, a mobile phone insurance offering unique in France



Available since September 26th 2011, garantie échange 24 protects Bouygues Telecom customers in the event of the loss, theft or break of their phone. After simply filing a claim on the Internet or by phone, customers receive on the next day a replacement phone identical to their original phone. The phone is delivered to the address of their choice, including internationally.

In order to provide customers with such a level of service, with no equivalent on the market, Bouygues Telecom relies on the know-how of Asurion, the world leader of technology products protection which counts over 100 million handset insurance customers worldwide.
