Like the technology itself, training opportunities at Asurion are constantly evolving to meet the interests and learning preferences of the emerging workforce.
Recently, Asurion leveraged employees’ passion for gaming by setting up an “escape game” in its Innovation Lab. But instead of trying to outsmart a serial killer, participants are tasked with collaborating to solve a handful of tech-related questions in under 30 minutes.
