Come-to-you repairs and replacements
Last year, Asurion and uBreakiFix together helped over 1 million Americans with same-day phone repair or replacement without having to leave the safety or comfort of home. Technicians nationwide grabbed the keys to more than 600 uBreakiFix mobile vans to travel to customers’ homes and repair cracked phone screens. These fully equipped mobile vans have all the tools technicians needed to make repairs right in the vehicle. Phones are then cleaned and disinfected before returning devices to customers’ doorsteps.
As soon as same-day cracked screen repairs
America has told us phones are now their #1 most important day-to-day necessity, so we understand that getting phones repaired quickly is vital. In most markets, Asurion customers can get their phone fixed as soon as the same day they file an eligible phone claim. Once they have an approved claim, they have the option of having a replacement device shipped to them as soon as next-day, or they can head to their local uBreakiFix store and the team can repair and return their device that very same day. In fact, most repairs can be performed in under two hours! Now, that’s quick.
uBreakiFix rolled out curbside services to make the repair experience even more convenient for customers.
You can drop-off and pick-up your device without ever getting out of your car. After confirming that your local store offers the curbside check-in service, just make an appointment and head to the store. Once you arrive, park and call the store to let them know you’re there, and someone will be out in a few minutes to assist you. Once the repair is complete, customers can follow the same process to pick-up their repaired device.
