Okay.

Look, I’m sorry, I’m nervous!

My name’s Dominique, and I am a tech coach.

People get lost in the sauce.

You have people that call in that are really tech savvy, then you get people that will tell you as soon as they call in I don’t know anything about technology at all and I really need your help.

One of my customers called in and she was kinda freaking out, just a little bit.

My son’s phone was working, I was talking to him perfectly fine, and then all of the sudden, it just went completely out.

The only way we have to reach him is through iMessages.

And he’s been out of the country for almost 2 years.

Come to find out, he just needed to activate his phone via iMessage.

So, we activated the phone.

I gave kinda like a, yay!

Because in the system it changed.

I said, “I’m going to put you on a brief hold if you don’t mind, for 1-2 minutes”.

So I called him, and he answered.

And that was SO exciting.

I was like YAY!
