Women and people of color1 (POC) continue to make up over 40% of our company’s annual promotions globally and in the U.S.

The average merit and salary for women and POC are now within cents of those of their male and white employee counterparts.

Global representation of women increased at our professional, leadership, and executive levels. It also increased in the U.S.
