This plan really paid off!I had multiple claims. My TV was having screen issues and my daughter had dropped her laptop which damaged the keyboard... I filed the claims separately and everything was fixed or replaced within a week. This plan really paid off!

Whole process was very smooth I've had the Asurion [Home+] for about a year. My first claim was this one. I followed the directions and with some patience, the whole process was very smooth. For the price, the whole home coverage is a great value. I don't buy extended electronic warranties anymore because I'm covered by Asurion.

Asurion has taken care of usI recommend Home Plus coverage for any home with electronics. You never know when power surge will hit and cause havoc in your home. Asurion has taken care of us when we needed them and the process is easy and the staff helpful. That was amazing As far as I'm concerned, there was no easier way my issue could've been handled. I went online, started my claim, within a couple of minutes I was directed to take photos off the front & back of my television, as well as the serial# tag. I submitted the photos... The television was on its way, and art my door within a day and a half. That was amazing.

Most grateful for a job well done I signed up for Home Plus a while ago but never used it. I took my laptop in last weekend for a tuneup, and they did a great job of making my computer faster, but also finding more space on this laptop. Most grateful for a job well done. Glad they have a store nearby. I really got the plan to insure our big screen tv, but having our laptops covered as well is great. Thanks, Asurion.

Two days later a... brand new LG TV The backlights on my Vizio went out. A repair tech come out. Deemed it not repairable. The next day I was emailed 5 great options for replacement and two days later a Walmart delivery person was knocking at my door with my brand new LG [TV].

I was skeptical... but no longer Asurion+ and the repair service provided at uBreakiFix in Long Branch NJ were exemplary. I was skeptical of tech protection plans but no longer - it was totally worth the monthly $24 fee and the $99 repair cost. My Microsoft SurfacePro was useless unplugged and as a professor who teaches in multiple locations I needed a tablet that could operate on battery power for at least 4 hours at a time. Now I’ve got it! : )

I have 5 kids and we get a lot of wear and tear on our devices. Asurion was quick to handle my claims and I immediately saw value in savings for repairs. When a device was deemed un-fixable, I skeptically expected getting the "run-around" about replacement. Not at all! The device was reimbursed just like advertised. I am very happy with my decision to go with Asurion and recommend it to anyone who wants to protect their electronics.
